Cancellation Policy
All bookings must be scheduled in advance. A non-refundable deposit may be required to confirm your appointment. Full payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed. Payments can be made online via credit/debit card or in person. Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of services. Cancellation and Rescheduling Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. In case of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, Point IV Media reserves the right to reschedule services at no additional charge. Media Usage and Copyright Point IV Media retains copyright ownership of all media content unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a non-exclusive, limited license to use the media for marketing and promotional purposes. Unauthorized resale, redistribution, or modification of the media without prior consent is prohibited. Point IV Media reserves the right to use captured media for portfolio, promotional, and marketing purposes unless otherwise requested by the client in writing.
