Thank you for choosing Point IV Media! To ensure a smooth booking process, please review our booking policy below.

1. Scheduling Appointments

All appointments must be booked in advance through our website, email, or phone.

Bookings are confirmed only after receiving a confirmation email or message from Point IV Media.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate property details and service requirements at the time of booking.

For real estate media services, the client or an authorized representative must be present at the scheduled time if specific shots are required.
-
Point IV Media reserves the right to decline service if the property is deemed unsafe or inaccessible.

2. Deposits and Payments

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking.

Full payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed.

Payments can be made online via our website, through an invoice, or in person.

Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of services.

Any additional services requested on-site must be paid for before final media delivery.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
-
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booking cost.

In case of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, Point IV Media reserves the right to reschedule at no additional charge.

If the client is a no-show, the full booking amount will be charged.

4. Arrival and Setup

Our team will arrive on time at the scheduled location.

Clients should ensure that the property is clean, well-lit, and ready for media production.

Any delays due to property preparation may result in additional charges or rescheduling.

If extra time is required for staging or modifications, an hourly rate may apply.

5. Media Delivery
-
Standard delivery time for photos is within 24-48 hours.
-
Video and virtual tours may take up to 3-5 business days.
-
Expedited delivery is available for an additional fee.
-
All final media will be delivered via a secure online gallery or download link.

Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their media files. Point IV Media does not guarantee long-term storage beyond 30 days.

6. Revisions and Additional Edits

Basic edits are included in the service package.
-
Additional revisions or retouching requests may be subject to extra fees.
-
Requests for major modifications after delivery may require additional processing time.

7. Additional Fees & Add-Ons
-
Rush Delivery Fee: $75 for same-day delivery, $50 for next-day delivery (if applicable).

Extended Coverage: Additional $100 per hour beyond the booked session.

Extra Edited Photos: $25 per additional edited image beyond the package limit.
-
Custom Branding or Watermarking: $50 per request.
-
Virtual Staging: Pricing varies based on requirements; starting at $50 per image.

Aerial Photography Add-On: Additional $150 if not included in the selected package.

Weekend & Holiday Surcharge: Additional 15% fee applies to bookings on weekends or holidays.

8. Refunds

Refunds are not provided for completed services.

Deposits are non-refundable unless Point IV Media cancels the appointment.

If services are unsatisfactory, we offer revisions to meet client expectations.

Refunds are not available for client dissatisfaction based on property staging, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

9. Copyright and Usage Rights

Point IV Media retains the copyright to all images and videos produced.
-
Clients receive a non-exclusive, limited license to use the media for marketing purposes.

Unauthorized resale, redistribution, or modification of the media without prior consent is prohibited.

Point IV Media reserves the right to use captured media for portfolio, promotional, and marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
