Point IV Media provides professional real estate media services, including photography, videography, virtual tours, aerial photography, and related digital media services. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.


2. Booking and Payment


  • All bookings must be scheduled in advance.
  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to confirm your appointment.
  • Full payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed.
  • Payments can be made online via credit/debit card or in person.
  • Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of services.


3. Cancellation and Rescheduling


  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • In case of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, Point IV Media reserves the right to reschedule services at no additional charge.


4. Media Usage and Copyright


  • Point IV Media retains copyright ownership of all media content unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Clients receive a non-exclusive, limited license to use the media for marketing and promotional purposes.
  • Unauthorized resale, redistribution, or modification of the media without prior consent is prohibited.
  • Point IV Media reserves the right to use captured media for portfolio, promotional, and marketing purposes unless otherwise requested by the client in writing.


5. Client Responsibilities


  • Clients must ensure that properties are clean and ready for media production.
  • Point IV Media is not responsible for cleaning, staging, or modifying property appearances.
  • If additional editing is required due to property conditions, extra charges may apply.


6. Liability and Indemnification


  • Point IV Media is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of our media services.
  • Clients agree to indemnify and hold Point IV Media harmless against any claims related to the use of our media content.


7. Revisions and Additional Services


  • Basic edits are included in the service package. Additional revisions may be subject to extra fees.
  • Any requests for additional services outside the original scope may require additional charges.


8. Confidentiality


  • Point IV Media respects client confidentiality and will not share private client information with third parties, except as required by law or necessary for service fulfillment.


9. Changes to Terms


  • Point IV Media reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
